rooms are good size, service not too bad.. very little English or Deutsch even Menü is just in Italian language.. location is good and bad..there is a train around the residential building but if u close the door it's not bad.. good is it's not far from the beach..

The hotel as object and the whole team is Very friendly, prepared the same good for pairs and families with children. Placed in very quiet part of city, almost on al beach. For the first time I decided to back to the same place i have been a year ago. Best regards for all the employees.

Again a year on the same place and I must admit that I am very much surprised. Extremely amazing staff, clean rooms, a meal from top chefs and a quiet beach with your own private garden.Very willingly changed check-in time for me. At the reception everyone personal pleasant with a smile on his lips.
Big, nice rooms with plenty of space. Friendly people, good food at their restaurant. Excellent for a family with kids. No traffic, nice balcony, nice pool: just "perfetto per una bella vacanza con i bimbi!!!!"
Good location but was not what was expected. The Wi-Fi is bad and only in a small area near the reception, the restaurant only served a few plates on a day (no free choice), the bikes were 'free' (they wanted to charge 1€ per hour per bike) but bad. It did not have a good place to sit and order a drink (no service), the swimmingpool was really small and there was almost no space around it to sit in the sun. Oh, and the jacuzzi? Let's not even talk about it.. If you're small enough you might fit..
Very clean and spacious hotel with friendly staff! The beach is located in front of the hotel, just great!
